Raspberry Pi Introduction
We now live in a world where kids have access to computers and other technology such as Raspberry Pi at home or in school. While children now know how to operate a computer from an early age, they often don’t really understand how the technology they are using actually works. The problem with trying to teach kids things about coding or building a computer is that the material tends to be more than a little dry. This was how the Raspberry Pi was born, but how it evolved is all down to the ingenuity and imagination of the kids who own them.
There is something about seeing the internal workings of a device that opens up the possibilities, and that is what has happened with the Pi, which is now in its second generation. The Raspberry Pi may be small in stature, but kids have taken the approach of using the computer as a building block to the rest of their technology education. For, the Pi has been used to learn coding, while for others, it has become one small part of a major piece of computer infrastructure that puts even more power at their fingertips.
